DMCA & Copyright Policy

SavDown respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. We do not host any video on our servers, but we respond quickly to any valid copyright notice.
How SavDown works
SavDown does not store, host or index any video. Our tool only processes links submitted by users to public videos hosted on Facebook. If you wish to have content removed from the Internet, the most effective action is to contact Facebook directly, as the video is hosted on its platform.
Submitting a copyright notice
If you believe that our service is being used to infringe your copyright, send a notice to contact@savdown.com with the following information: your full name and contact details; a description of the copyrighted work; the exact URL(s) of the content concerned; a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on behalf of the owner; and your physical or electronic signature.
What we do
Upon receipt of a complete notice, we will block the processing of the URLs concerned on SavDown, usually within 72 hours, and we will confirm by e-mail. Incomplete notices may delay processing.
Counter-notice
If you believe that a URL was blocked by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to contact@savdown.com with your contact details, the URL concerned and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith that the content was blocked as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
Repeat abuse
We reserve the right to restrict access to the service for users who repeatedly use it to infringe the rights of others.
